1. Log into your virtual office at www.JustKnock.net
  2. Make sure your Availability is set correctly as follows:
  • If the caller does not have a JustKnock account your availability must be set to Ten.
  • If the caller has a JustKnock account, the caller's assigned Availability Level in you contact list must be lower than your Current Availability setting.
  • Give the Caller your JustKnock Virtual Office Address.  EG; www.justknock.net/Hans_solo
  • When the caller clicks Knock on your virtual office page, your browser will ring. Click accept or decline.
