- Log into your virtual office at www.JustKnock.net
- Make sure your Availability is set correctly as follows:
- If the caller does not have a JustKnock account your availability must be set to Ten.
- If the caller has a JustKnock account, the caller's assigned Availability Level in you contact list must be lower than your Current Availability setting.
Give the Caller your JustKnock Virtual Office Address. EG; www.justknock.net/Hans_solo
When the caller clicks Knock on your virtual office page, your browser will ring. Click accept or decline.
